Judgement Cut

This visual effect project is inspired by a character skill from Devil May Cry 5. The effect captures the swift nature of the attack, where the character slices through space with rushing speed, creating a series of cuts that provide spatial influence. My goal with this project was to recreate the dynamic motion of the original effect, paying close attention to the rhythm, color tone, and overall impact that makes this ability so iconic in the game.
