To My Lighthouse is a serious game designed to inspire hope in individuals struggling with depression, while also raising public awareness about the condition. The game focuses on guiding players through a symbolic journey out of the darkness, encouraging them to seek light and support. With this project, our goal was to create an emotionally impactful experience that resonates with both those affected by depression and the broader community, promoting understanding and compassion. The game adopts a surrealist style, using abstract and dreamlike visuals to reflect the inner emotional landscape of the players’ journey.
